Project Overview
EHC provided environmental removal services for a school district undergoing a three-year building improvement program. Phased project scheduling required flexibility and teamwork to orchestrate a multi-trade project over three years of construction, all performed while the schools were occupied. From complete interior demolition with asbestos spray applied insulations, flooring, walls/ceilings and thermal systems insulations to lead bearing paint and mold impacted surface remediation, EHC was able to meet all of the demands of the managing architect to successfully complete the project. Being invited back to provide continued environmental removal services on future projects highlights EHC’s goal for customer satisfaction.
