President and CEO
Frank is the President and CEO of EHC since 1993. He has been in the construction trade since 1979 and in the environmental field since 1985. Frank’s experience ranges from mechanical insulation to interior demolition. He has coordinated projects that range from the residential to the United State’s largest decommissioning of a nuclear power plant, Zion Nuclear Station.
As the owner of EHC Frank sets the standards for the company, ensuring that clients work with the finest field crew, the best project managers, and the top office staff in the industry. Frank continues to forge strong relationships with new clientele as well as those he has worked with for decades. Frank’s goal is that EHC provides superior service that exceeds expectations.
Outside the office Frank enjoys family, friends, boating and fishing.
Vice President
Patrick has served as Vice President of EHC since 2021 and has over 15 years of experience in the abatement industry. He earned a BS in Political Science from Olivet Nazarene University in 2015 and a MS in Political Management from George Washington University in 2018. Patrick is also a certified Asbestos Building Inspector.
Having served in a myriad of positions during his time at EHC, Patrick brings unique experience to the role of VP. As the VP he manages and develops all key leaders, administrative systems, and company procedures. Patrick also fills the vital role of pushing the company and all employees to build and improve upon past successes.
In his personal time Patrick enjoys golf, movies, reading and socializing with family and friends.
Project Manager
Mike has been in the abatement industry for over 33 years and has worked for EHC since 2012. As a Project Manager Mike specializes in the nuclear decommissioning and energy field but is proficient in all types of asbestos removal, mold remediation and lead paint removal. Mike works with clients to advise, provide estimates and oversee project execution.
Mike has a BS in Business from the University of Illinois and a BS in Business Management from National Louis University. In addition to being a licensed Asbestos Building Inspector and Asbestos Abatement Supervisor, Mike has received a Commercial Nuclear RAD-Worker certificate and OSHA Supervisor HAZMAT certificate.
In his spare time Mike enjoys spending quality time with family, grandkids and friends.
Project Manager
Kevin first worked for EHC as a warehouse worker for four years in 2004 and returned in 2018 as a Project Manager. Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts from Elmhurst College, 10 years of experience in the abatement industry and over 20 years in general construction. His diversity of positions, certifications and industry experience has equipped Kevin to provide our clients with a comprehensive plan from start to finish.
As a Project Manager Kevin is a certified Asbestos Building Inspector and Asbestos Abatement Supervisor and is prepared to properly identify the hazard, devise a removal plan, provide an estimate and oversee a project from start to finish. Kevin has experience facilitating asbestos removal, mold remediation and lead paint removal projects for clients ranging from personal residences and local schools to Rush Hospital, Willis Tower and BP Oil Refinery.
Some of Kevin’s qualifications include the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health course, Asbestos Abatement Worker and Supervisor Training, Asbestos Building Inspector Certification, Infection Prevention Construction Education and CPR/First Aid Training.
Outside the office Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, travelling and cheering for the Blackhawks and the Bears.
Project Manager
Scott has been working in the abatement industry for over 37 years and has been with EHC since 1987. Scott has a BS in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and is a licensed Asbestos Abatement Supervisor and an Asbestos Building Inspector
As a Project Manager Scott works hard to ensure all clients receive timely and proficient project proposals and oversees the project itself. Scott has decades of experience and typically serves as Project Manager for over 400 projects every year. He is well versed in lead paint removal, mold remediation and asbestos removal services.
A huge Chicago sports fan, Scott enjoys attending Cubs and Blackhawks games whenever he has the opportunity.
Project Manager
Mike joined EHC in 1999 and as a Project Manager is responsible for providing our clients with identification of the hazard, an estimate for the work and managing projects for all environmental services. With almost 40 years of environmental industry experience Mike provides a wide range of services including asbestos removal, mold remediation, lead paint removal, indoor air contaminant remediation, interior demolition, and asbestos and mold investigations.
After receiving his BS in Industry and Technology from Northern Illinois University in 1985, Mike spent 15 years as an operations manager and consultant overseeing asbestos, lead, and IAQ projects as well as annual property environmental portfolio audits.
Mike has maintained federal accreditation and state licensing as an Asbestos Building Inspector, Asbestos Management Planner, Asbestos Project Manager and Air Sampling Professional for over 35 years. He is also a certified Hazardous Material Manager and has complete HAZWOPER training.
In his free time Mike enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
Superintendant
Mike has been with EHC for over 20 years. He is a licensed Asbestos Abatement Supervisor with almost 25 years of experience in interior demolition to include mold, lead, and asbestos removal projects.
As Superintendent Mike manages the recruitment of abatement workers, distribution of workers to job sites and the resourcing of heavy equipment for over 650 projects every year. Mike works closely with Project Managers, providing his expertise and years of knowledge to develop safe and effective procedures to properly remove all hazardous materials from any job site.
Mike enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and restoring old industrial tools and equipment.
Warehouse Manager
Adam started working as the EHC Warehouse Manager in 2023 and has a background in distribution and logistics management. He received his BS in Business Management in from Cornerstone University in 2018.
As the Warehouse Manager Adam is responsible for the purchase of consumables, acquisition of equipment, maintenance of heavy equipment and vehicles as well as the coordination and scheduling of the delivery and pickup from all job sites. Adam works hard with his team, who are available almost 24 hours a day, to support the execution of over 650 projects every year.
An avid fisherman, Adam also enjoys camping, golfing, and most importantly spending time with his wife.
Safety Manager
Nathan has been working as the Safety Manager for EHC since 2022 and has a background in Nuclear Safety and is currently the Safety Manager at Grissom Joint Air Reserve Base for the Air Force. He earned his BA in Fine Arts from Baylor University and has completed the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety course.
As the Safety Manager Nathan works hard to forecast potential risks, find solutions, and rapidly implement measures to ensure the safety of EHC employees. Nathan is responsible for the publication of all safety policies, the training of employees and establishing safe work procedures at all job sites.
Nathan enjoys hanging out with friends, physical fitness, golf and playing violin.
Office Manager
Kim has worked with EHC since 2005 and has served as our Office Manager for 17 years. Her years of experience make her a key component in enabling EHC to provide superior service to our clients.
As Office Manager Kim oversees all accounting functions, billing, insurance, union reporting, and the approval of supply requisitions. She works closely with our Project Managers to ensure all billing and client pre-qualifications are properly handled.
In her free time Kim loves spending time in her backyard with family, friends and neighbors.
Administrative Coordinator
Mercedes has worked diligently as the front office Administrative Coordinator with EHC since 2018. She works alongside our Project Managers to ensure proper documentation is submitted to the appropriate authorities and that communication across our organization is timely and effective. Mercedes is proficient in the legal and administrative processes of all types of abatement including asbestos removal, lead paint removal and mold remediation projects.
