Former Motorola Site

Project Overview

The 225-acre site of former Motorola Solutions headquarters was selected by Veridan for development into a residential, office, entertainment, dining, hotel and urban street retail district.  Included was interior demolition and environmental remediation by EHC Industries, Inc. of the former multi-building 1.5 million+ square foot manufacturing, warehousing and office facilities.  The project was successfully completed within an aggressive 7-month timeframe where millions of square feet of asbestos spray applied insulation, flooring materials and thermal system insulations were properly abated.  The project was completed by EHC without incident and under the proposed timeline for completion.
